Hello Everyone,
It's been aVery long time since I've posted, so here goes. I'm sure everyone knows I closed the Bakery. Tough economic times. I guess my timing was all wrong. It's been a rough 6 months, but we are getting thru it all. I took the first job that was offered to me, which I absolutly hate, but it's a job, and these days a person can't be too picky about work. Still looking for someting better tho. Oh, I work in a Deli. Robert is doing great after his stroke. He keeps his blood pressure cholesterol and diabetes in tact with diet. He walks 2 miles 3-4 times a week. He want's to retire in June but financially it's just not possible. Corey is doing well, like always! No steady girl friend.
Him and Zach moved a mobile home onto our property. It's well out of the way so we can't even see it from our house. Caleb is doing great. He DOES have a steady girlfriend of 2 years. No plans on marriage tho. Zach is also doing well. He wants in the worst way to by a home, but with the economy and the construction business being so slow it's hard to do that right now. He also has a girlfriend. Nothing serious tho. We really don't have any exciting plans in the future summer months ahead. These days can't really afford to do anything exciting. Well that's about it for my boring life. If anything exciting happens I will make sure I write again, but don't hold your breath!!! HAHA. Hope to here from everyone soon
Love Jody

I know closing the bakery was the hardest thing you ever had to do.
(other then putting up with Robert)
Just kidding! I do believe everything happens for a reason.
And I know how it is to work a job you hate. But now you don't have to put in all of those long hours, which will now allow you to enjoy the summer. You can have cookouts, family gatherings, go fishing, take a trip somewhere, visit with friends. You get the idea. You can always come visit me.OH!What a great idea!

OMG! Robert had a stoke??!!! When was this? I'm glad to hear that he's doing ok. Sorry to hear about the bakery. Like Deb, I believe everything happens for a reason and though we sometimes get impatient with our progress I believe that if you remain open and centered, things somehow fall into place. Ang

Ok Jo, here's my 2 cents. I so agree with Deb and Ang. I believe we are guided to your fate and it's up to us if we choose to take it. I know you don't like your job, I do like mine either, but at this point if your patient you'll be guided to something better--something you want.
I hope Bob is doing better. Give the boys our love.
